Still smarting from the New York marriage equality bill crashing and burning last week, prominent Empire State gays are plotting revenge by working to toss out Democratic senators who voted no.
TheNew York Daily News says politically connected gays have zeroed in on a handful of senators to remove from Albany, with Queens' Joe Addabbo (pictured, left) at the top of their list. Other senators targeted include Shirley Huntley (pictured, center), and George Onorato (pictured, right), both of Queens, and Bill Stachowski of Buffalo.
Even though not a single Republican senator voted for the marriage bill, the Daily News says most of the ire is directed as Democrats -- possibly because some received monetary support from gays and others indicated they would vote for marriage equality.
