In her continuing series "Uganda Be Kidding Me," MSNBC's Rachel Maddow on Tuesday night interviewed Richard Cohen of the ex-gay group the International Healing Center.

Maddow invited Cohen on her program because, as she reported, the IHF sent a staffer to Uganda to speak to parliament about its ex-gay work and to speak at a conference organized by the man behind a proposed bill that calls for the execution of gay people in Uganda. Since the IHF visit, Ugandan politicians have been using the group's work, and Cohen's book Coming Out Straight, to support their "Kill the Gays" bill.

As you might imagine, Maddow tore Cohen to pieces with her intelligent, scientifically based, and impassioned arguments.
