The California Department of Parks and Recreation will form a task force committed to LGBT issues after settling a harassment lawsuit from a lesbian.

In a lawsuit heard in San Diego County, Jennifer Donovan alleged coworkers posted obscene drawings and left underwear and sex toys in her locker during the six years she worked at San Diego-area beaches. Though the department settled with Donovan, it didn't acknowledge any wrongdoing.

In light of Donovan's case, the Parks Department will form a task force to address issues of equality for female, gay, and transgender employees. The panel will also audit and improve its equal employment opportunity procedures, reports the Associated Press.
