The Huffington Post lists its top political disappointments of the year, and among them: the court decision upholding California's antigay Proposition 8 and the repeal of marriage equality in Maine. Visitors to the site can vote for which of the political stories listed is the most disappointing of the year.

Other stories listed include the Senate health care bill, President Obama's failure to close Guantanamo, and the Copenhagen Climate Control Conference.
