A male model with credits for top clients including Prada and Yves Saint Laurent is facing charges after allegedly offering sexual favors to police officers in Arkansas in exchange for his release after being arrested for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
The Smoking Gun writes, "Nick Snider, 21, was busted early Monday morning after causing a disturbance at a female friend's home in Batesville, a city 90 miles north of Little Rock. According to an Independence County Sheriff's Department report, when deputies approached the intoxicated Snider, he stated, 'I am a very famous model.'"
Deputy Brian Luetschwager said Snider kept trying to get him to stop the cop car, according to The Smoking Gun: "Mr. Snider stated to me, 'If you stop I'll suck your dick and balls if you let me go.'"
Police say that Snider then offered sex to officers upon arriving at the local station. He also reportedly made sexual comments to the booking jailer.
After police officers declined Snider's alleged offer, he was charged with illegally attempting to influence a public servant. He pleaded not guilty to the three misdemeanor counts Wednesday in Independence County district court.
Forbes named Snider the fifth most successful male model in the world in 2008. He is due to walk various runways when New York City's Fashion Week begins February 11.
