Royalties from disco classics like "You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real)" and "Dance (Disco Heat)" recorded by the late and much-beloved recording artist Sylvester will now assist people living with HIV and AIDS, according to the Bay Area Reporter. Last week the executor of the estate of the iconic singer Sylvester James, who was known best by just his first name, split a check totaling nearly $140,000 between two charities, AIDS Emergency Fund and Project Open Hand. James died December 16, 1988, at the age of 41 from complications due to AIDS.
