Sarah Jessica Parker says she's concerned about young men who are testing HIV-positive and suggests it may be because they weren't around to witness the "devastation and heartbreak" of the AIDS epidemic in the 1980s, in a video interview with the blog Towleroad.

The Sex and the City 2 star says she and husband, actor Matthew Broderick, are stunned by how many people in their lives have died from AIDS-related complications.
