A gay couple say they were attacked by two drunk attendees of an Ultimate Fighting Championship match in Vancouver.

The match took place Saturday, just a few blocks from the home of David Holtzman and Peter Regier. When the couple was walking home around 10:45 p.m., they say they saw two men near their front door, one drinking alcohol and the other urinating on their wall. When they asked the man to stop urinating, they say they were attacked by the pair, who allegedly used homophobic slurs during the beating.

Both Holtzman and Regier suffered scratches, cuts, and concussions. No arrests have been made. The couple said Vancouver officials should think twice about hosting UFC events, which they say promote violence.
