Lohan Sent Back to Rehab

Lindsay Lohan will avoid jail time and return to court-ordered rehab, reports the Los Angeles Times. The troubled bisexual starlet will return to the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., until January 3 and will be subject to random drug testing between then and her next court appearance February 25.

"You are an addict. I hope you understand that," Judge Elden Fox told Lohan, according to a report on website TMZ. Lohan nodded her head in agreement before Fox added, "I don't want another train wreck."

Lohan has been at the Betty Ford Center since being freed on bail since September 24.
