Two men have pleaded guilty in the brutal antigay hate crime that left Jack Price of Queens, New York, hospitalized for three weeks last year.

The Associated Press reports on the men who pleaded guilty to robbery as a hate crime.

"Queens District Attorney Richard Brown says 21-year-old Daniel Rodriguez pleaded guilty Tuesday," according to the AP. "Daniel Aleman, who's 27, pleaded guilty last week. They both face eight years in prison."

Rodriguez and Aleman attacked Price and yelled antigay slurs in October 2009 as he left a 24-hour deli near his home in College Point. He suffered a fractured jaw and ribs, two collapsed lungs, and a lacerated spleen.
