"No Homo Mayor" Pastor to Tour

Terry Jones, the Florida pastor who attempted to mark the anniversary of 9/11 by burning the Koran and led a campaign against the candidacy of out gay Gainesville mayor Craig Lowe, is taking his shtick on the road, Joe.My.God reports.

Jones will be serving as the primary speaker on the Stand Up America tour, which will encourage Americans and Christians to "stand up." The tour will denounce the "deathstyles" of homosexuality, abortion, and Islam.

Jones was barred from traveling to the U.K. for a speaking tour last month, with authorities citing his "extremism." Jones and his Dove World church protested Lowe's mayoral campaign with "No Homo Mayor" signs and attempted to declare 9/11 Interfaith Solidarity Day with the burning of Korans.
