Gareth Thomas to Attend Royal Wedding

Gay rugby star Gareth Thomas will be among the guests attending the royal wedding in April.

Thomas tweeted over the weekend that he had received an invite to Prince William's wedding to Kate Middleton.

"Need to buy a new hat? ooops did I say that out loud. Yes I have had an invite to the royal wedding. have you?"

Though the guest list has yet to be confirmed, The Telegraph reported Monday that while Elton John, Kanye West and David and Victoria Beckham are likely to be among the guests, the Obamas aren't expected to be invited.
