When the third season of Drop Dead Diva ends on Sunday, it might be the end of a few plot lines but not the end of the road.

Lifetime has renewed the show for its fourth season, which should be good news to creator Josh Berman, who is gay.

"I work out a lot of my issues on the show," Berman toldThe Advocate in our latest issue. "Whether it's dating or there's an inequity or injustice, I can actually do something about it and make sure millions of people around the world see it, whether they like it or not."

Since Diva premiered in 2009, it's starred queer actress Margaret Cho and has a crew that features out producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron as well as lesbian director Jamie Babbit. It has also attracted gay favorites as guest stars, including Liza Minnelli and Rosie O'Donnell.

The season 3 finale airs on Sunday at 9 p.m. And we have an exclusive sneak peak of the episode in the clip below.
