Dustin Lance Black, the Oscar-winning screenwriter and one of the founding board members of the American Foundation for Equal Rights, spoke to The Advocate after an appeals court called Prop. 8 unconstitutional on Tuesday.
AFER was the group that brought the Prop. 8 case to a federal court. On Tuesday, Black was in the front row at a Los Angeles AFER press conference that followed the appellate decision coming down.
