BabyCenter announced its 100 most popular baby names for 2013, and Jackson and Sophia top the list. This is the first year that Jackson is at the top of the boys' list, while Sophia has been the leading girls' names for four years running.

On the girls' side, the top names are Sophia, Emma, Olivia, Isabella, Mia, Ava, Lily, Zoe, Emily, and Chloe. On the boys' side it's Jackson, followed by Aiden, Liam, Lucas, Noah, Mason, Jayden, Ethan, Jacob and then Jack.

You can see all 100 of the top names here on the BabyCenter website.

Data for the rankings come from more than half a million parents who shared their baby's name with BabyCenter in 2013.
