Orange Is the New Black star Taryn Manning got engaged to musician Anne Cline in Panama City, Fla. on Friday, according to People.

Video from Cline's gig shows the 28-year-old Georgia native jumping down from the stage to pop the question to Manning, who is visibly overcome.

Cline kisses Manning and someone out of the frame says "I think that's a yes."

"It was the easiest YES I ever said," Manning said, according to TMZ.

Manning, 42, played the racist and homophobic Tiffany "Pennsatucky" Doggett on the critically acclaimed Orange Is the New Black throughout its 7-season run.

In 2017, Manning addressed her sexuality, saying that she had been with women but that she identified as straight.

Since Orange Is the New Black ended, Manning has been busy. She has about eight projects in the works including one called Karen, in which she plays a horrible, racist white woman.
