“Men As Seen Through the Lens of inkedKenny” opened this weekend at the Leather Archives & Museum. Read more below.
Inked Kenny (the nom de kink of photographer Kenny Yip) was born the same year as The Advocate. (Look it up.) We don't want to be ageist, but great fetish photography is best when informed by maturity and experience. And inkedKenny is in his master years now, which is why it is so appropriate for him be exhibiting at the Leather Archives & Museum in Chicago, the veritable birthplace of the leather scene in the United States.
"Men As Seen Through the Lens of inkedKenny" opened this weekend and continues through June 7. There is a selection of inkedKenny's work, black and white and color photography, exploring the male form in work that we have previously described as having "a salty experienced patina of sweat, sex, and something that looks like it smells great." It still smell great, maybe even better.
To purchase prints of inkedKenny's work there are a few options. You can email him through his website email through my site, and pieces at the museum can be purchased through the museum, custom sizes etc., through the website.
