The GayDayS(r) celebration began in 1991 with a theme park visit. To this very day, theme park visits remain one of the most popular GayDayS(r) activities. Always on a Saturday of the week of Gay Days, GayDayS(r) at Disney's Magic Kingdom (at Walt Disney World) is still a popular event during the week. An estimated 50,000 red-shirted GayDayS(r) attendees packed Walt Disney World's original park on that Saturday in June 1991. The 3 o'clock parade down Main Street always draws an unforgettable "sea of red" that can be seen from one end of the park to the other.

GayDayS(r) Orlando's Celebration is not a single-day event, it it promises to be the #1 premier LGBTQ vacation experience occurring over 7 days during the third week of August in 2019. GayDayS(r) is comprised of multiple events staged at the world famous attractions, gay and lesbian nightclubs, and unique venues secured for the purpose of creating an inclusive LGBTQ atmosphere. Committed to diversity and inclusion, GayDayS(r) welcomes young, old, all races and beliefs, parents, AA groups, straight allies, and every other section of the community.

Although it all began with a daytime trip to Walt Disney World, GayDayS(r) has inspired and nurtured some of the largest and most incredible events and parties in the world. With some of the most imaginative and innovative venues found anywhere, GayDayS(r) Orlando has an unbeatable combination of attractions, events, and parties to help create a magical dream of a vacation week. Pool Parties: Orlando is the perfect place to spend your days soaking up the hot sun and hot scenery around a sparkling hotel swimming pool. This low-stress treat gets even better when you're surrounded by hundreds of guys and gals in speedos and bikinis, sipping umbrella drinks, and grooving to the sounds of some of the world's best known DJs! Pool parties will be held Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the GayDayS(r)Host Hotel.

Special Events: GayDayS(r) holds multiple events during the week besides our amazing pool parties. We host Drag Queen Bingo, this year hosted by Miss GayDayS 2019, Chantel Reshae. Porn Bingo with famous adult film director and resident DJ Chi Chi LaRue, the Miss GayDayS Pageant, Mr. GayDayS Leather Competition, and our Disco Puppy Mosh. We have events for everyone!
