Democratic presidential hopeful and former First Lady Hillary Clinton appeared today on Ellen DeGeneres's hugely popular daytime talk show, and in addition to talking about what the campaign trail has been like so far up to this point, she also talked about something that has surely been on the minds of many political junkies -- what has she learned about taking selfies?
"Here's what I learned," Clinton said (as reported by CBS News), when asked by DeGeneres about the backstory of that now-famous selfie she took with reality TV star Kim Kardashian and her husband, rapper Kanye West. "She takes out her phone and she presses a button, I've never seen this anywhere else. It has light all the way around it, like tiny, tiny lightbulbs. It makes anybody look better!"
Clinton also had time during the show to play a game of "heads up" with DeGeneres and other special guest Tony Goldwyn, who plays President Fitzgerald Grant on the hit ABC show Scandal. Goldwyn is a vocal supporter of Clinton in her bid for the presidency.
