In an interview conducted in December with financier David Rubenstein, Oprah Winfrey stated that Donald Trump's election to President has her rethinking whether she could one day find herself in the White House.
The interview was conducted for Rubenstein's Bloomberg Television show, which premiered this week, and in it Winfrey, a Hillary Clinton supporter, spoke at length about politics, saying that before Trump's election she thought that she didn't have the necessary government experience to run the country, citing that the brash billionaire had never before held public office before his November victory.
Winfrey also touched on her 25 years spent as host of a syndicated talk show, describing her ultimate purpose as hoping to prove that "we really are more alike than we are different."
