As President Trump prepares to announce the fate of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program -- instituted by President Obama to allow a path to citizenship for undocumented people brought to America as children -- out Apple CEO Tim Cook is speaking out.

Cook signed a letter, along with 300 tech leaders, urging Trump to aid the "Dreamers," the name for DACA recipients. He followed that up with a tweet, acknowledging that not only does DACA benefit his employees, but it's a humane response to immigration reform.

Trump is expected to announce his decision on DACA on Tuesday. It's been reported by some outlets that Trump will end the program -- throwing hundreds of thousands of lives into turmoil, and opening the door to deportations -- but allow a six month grace period for Congress to come up with another alternative to the program.
