Trump Comes for Hillary on Twitter — and HRC Claps Back With Class

DONALD TRUMP HILLARY CLINTON

The so-called president disparages the former secretary of state's new book, but he didn't get the last word.

It was inevitable that Twitter troll/president Donald Trump would go after Hillary Clinton, his opponent in last year's election who won nearly 3 million more votes. Clinton is all over the news as she promotes her new book, What Happened, where she describes being the first woman to win a major party's nomination for president, as well as the reasons the Electoral College swung Trump's way.

Since the election, Trump has never missed a chance to swipe at Clinton on Twitter. So it was a bit surprising that he was silent on What Happened -- until he wasn't.

The idea that Clinton lost the debates is revisionist history. Most polls showed Clinton won all three (see here, here, and here). Maybe it was Trump lying once again that spurred Clinton to respond -- and in a much more presidential way than her nemesis.
