Blowback from Trump's hostile golf ball GIF --which targeted Hillary Clinton -- keeps reverberating.
Few are laughing at President Trump's latest Twitter disgrace, where he retweeted a GIF this weekend showing him hitting a golf ball at Hillary Clinton that knocked her to the ground.

"Every one of us should be offended by the vindictive and candidly dangerous messages the president sends that demean not only Secretary Clinton, but all women," Senator Dianne Feinstein of California said in a statement. She also condemned the tweet -- originally posted by an anti-Semitic Twitter troll -- as "apalling and disgusting"
Barbara Boxer, the recently-retired California senator, also released a statement on the GIF.
“Can we all agree that hitting a woman isn't funny? Not for Donald Trump. Not for anyone. Not at all. https://t.co/gSQKhBSOtZ”— Barbara Boxer (@Barbara Boxer) 1505747696
“Melania should check out the retweet of her husband smashing Hillary with a golfball. It's time for the First Lady's antibullying project.”— Barbara Boxer (@Barbara Boxer) 1505778053
Former Vice President Joe Biden, a longtime advocate of women's issues, shared the senators' sentiment.
“Just had the chance to see President Trump's golf swing tweet. Enough. This has to stop. Our children are watching.”— Joe Biden (@Joe Biden) 1505781330
