Chuck Schumer has vowed to fight President Trump's Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh. "I will oppose this nominee with everything that I've got," says the Senate Democratic leader. Schumer says he worries about the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision and the Affordable Care Act. "If we can prove these two points to the American people -- that he will repeal Roe ... that he will repeal ACA ... then we will get a majority in the Senate to vote against him." Kavanaugh will now face an uphill battle in the Senate for confirmation.
