ICE Denies Existence of Hunger Strike at Texas Detention Center
A group of immigrant fathers are demanding their release by going on a hunger strike. According to Reuters, this group was recently reunified with their sons and detained in Texas. Yet the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency are denying this strike. ICE said they simply "staged a brief sit-in" regarding their immigration cases. The group say they are being held at the center with no information about their immigration status.
