At a rally in Colorado Springs, Colo., Donald Trump revealed he wouldn't know a good movie if he saw one while bashing this year's history-making Best Picture Oscar winner Parasite while waxing nostalgic for classic Hollywood cinema of yore.

"Did you see the Academy Awards this year?" Trump opined to a crowd draped in MAGA red. "And the winner is a movie from South Korea. What the hell was that all about?"

"We got enough problems with South Korea with trade. On top of it, they give them the best movie of the year?" Trump said. "Was it good? I don't know."

The film from director Bong Joon Ho also picked up awards for Best Director and Best International Film and had garnered nearly unanimous critical acclaim since its release late last year.

"Can we get Gone With the Wind back, please?" Trump asked of the Civil War-era epic that reflects racist and sexist attitudes.

After name-checking the film that stars Vivien Leigh as Scarlett O'Hara, Trump then gave a shout-out to Sunset Blvd., the '50s classic about an aging and increasingly irrelevant silent movie star.

"Sunset Blvd., so many great movies," Trump said wistfully.

"The winner is from South Korea!" Trump said, pretending to be a presenter at the Oscars. "I thought it was best foreign film. Did this ever happen before?"

Before long, "Gone With the Wind" was trending on social media and the requisite jokes ensued.
