Advocate correspondent Jason Bellini joined radio host Michaelangelo Signorile on the train ride to Washington D.C. Thursday for his town hall meeting of LGBT leaders, a panel that quickly turned into a "gay-on-gay blame game."

Human Rights Campaign president Joe Solmonese spent most of the panel on the defensive. Stuck in London because of volcano eruption that has grounded flights throughout Europe, Solmonese participated in the panel by phone.

Activist Robin McGehee, who organized last year's National Equality March with David Mixner, called on Solmonese and HRC's other leaders to step down if "we don't get 'don't ask, don't tell' and ENDA by the end of the year."

Solmonese said at the summit he believes the Obama administration will repeal "don't ask, don't tell" this year, but it was clear from the tone among the other participants that patience is wearing thin.
