Atlanta Pride was not without controversy this year. Even though the annual celebration and parade draw tens of thousands of participants and revelers, there are some local residents who wish it would all go away.
“I don’t believe in celebrating the lifestyle,” Tanya Ditty, head of Concerned Women for America in Georgia told the The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “By having a parade, you’re giving a nod to that lifestyle.”
That didn't stop Cazwell, Sister Sledge, and Grand Marshal Esera Tuaolo from enjoying the festivities.
