The Jehovah's Witnesses religious denomination has released an antigay cartoon.

Titled "One Man, One Woman," the video was designed by the Christian sect to teach children that same-sex couples and parents are sinful.

In the cartoon, a young girl asks her mother about a fellow student who drew a picture of her two moms in class.

"My teacher says that all that matters is that people love each other, and that they're happy," the young girl says.

The mother does not agree with the teacher.

"What matters is how Jehovah feels," the mother says, citing Scripture to justify why marriage should be between one man and one woman.

After a short review of the Garden of Eden and the teachings of Christ, the mother compares same-sex attraction to airplane luggage items prohibited by the Transportation Security Administration.

"It's kind of like going on an airplane. What would happen if someone wanted to bring something on the plane that wasn't allowed?" she asks her daughter.

"You can't go on the trip!" the daughter exclaims.

"Right!" the mother responds. She then extends her simile, implying the love of LGBT people is contraband baggage that will keep them out of heaven.

"It's the same with Jehovah. He wants us to be his friend and live in paradise forever. But we have to follow his standards to get there," she says. "To get there, we have to leave some things behind. That means anything Jehovah doesn't approve of."

"People can change," the mother says of sexual orientation. "That's why we share his message."

At the cartoon's conclusion, the mother tasks her daughter with converting the friend with two moms to their narrow worldview.
