The former congresswoman recorded a bizarre video where she spoke of breaking clay pots.
Michele Bachmann, the former congresswoman who worked tirelessly to attack LGBTQ+ Americans while in office, recorded a video where she prayed to God to use his "iron rod" and "smash the clay iron of deceipt in America."
In the video, shared on Twitter by Right Wing Watch, Bachmann's eyes are closed as she leads the "prayer." The former Minneapolis-area politician rails against President-elect Joe Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, asking God to smash the "clay pot of deceipt."
"Smash the delusion father of Joe Biden as our president. He is not. Would you take your iron rod and smash the strong delusion that Nancy Pelosi does have her House of Representatives. We don't know that! Smash it, in Jesus's name! Smash, lord, the takeover of the U.S. Senate by Chuck Schumer. Smash it with your iron rod!"

There's no smashing that will change the fact that Joe Biden will be inaugurated on January 20 or that Nancy Pelosi will continue to preside over a Democratic majority in the House of Representatives.
Bachmann served four terms in Congress from Minnesota's Sixth District, 2007 to 2015, and decided not to seek a fifth term. Her husband, Marcus Bachmann, runs counseling centers that have been accused of practicing "ex-gay" therapy, something the Bachmanns have denied, despite the revelations of activists who have gone undercover at the clinics.
One of these clinics was cited by state regulators for unrelated violations of Minnesota law, such as "failing to keep information about its clients' developmental condition, as well as failing to keep records demonstrating that clients were informed of treatment alternatives and possible outcomes," according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
In 2017, in an interview with far-right website World Net Daily, she said LGBTQ+ activists are working with "Islamic supremacists" and other groups to "realize the fall of individual liberties."
"People understand Islam abhors homosexuality, yet they often join forces in protests with gay activists," Bachmann said. "The answer is simple, Black Lives Matters, the gay agenda, as well as Islamic supremacism, all seek domination over American freedoms."
