Gay At The Games: Wüst's Silver Medal And Johnny's Golden Necklaces

Who knows if she'll get another hug from Vladimir Putin, but bisexual speed skater Ireen Wust has won another medal. This time, she earned a silver medal behind China's Hong Zhang, while her Dutch teammate Margot Boer won bronze in the event.

With that silver medal, she is now the most successful Dutch Olympian at the Sochi games, as well as one of two LGBT athletes with a medal. The other is Daniela Iraschko-Stolz of Austria, who won a silver medal in ski jumping.

The Long Run
Out Slovenian skier Barbara Jezersek came in 41st in the women's 10 kilometer cross-country skiing classic on Thursday. Over the weekend, she finished 19th in the women's 7.5 kilometer skiathlon with 40:29.5. Justyna Kowalczyk of Poland won the event, with Charlotte Kalla of Sweden winning silver, and Therese Johaug of Norway taking home the Bronze medal.
