Chicago Sky's Courtney Vandersloot and Allie Quigley Are Married

Both guards for the WNBA team the Chigago Sky, the women had a quiet wedding in Seattle this week.

WNBA players and Chicago Sky teammates Courtney Vandersloot and Allie Quigley pulled off a massive play when they were quietly married in Seattle, Wash. on Thursday, according to The Chicago Tribune.

Several members of the Sky attended the nuptials of two of the team's guards Vandersloot and Quigley. Among those in attendance were Diamond DeShields and Gabby Williams, who appeared in a celebratory video taken at the reception.

WNBA player Carolyn Swords of the Las Vegas Aces also attended the wedding that took place near Vandersloot's hometown of Kent, Wash., according to Swish Appeal.

Quigley, 32, is a native of Illinois who graduated from DePaul University and went on to play for several WNBA clubs and for some in Europe. In 2014, she was awarded the WNBA Sixth Woman of the Year Award after the Sky made it to the finals for the first time.

Meanwhile, Vandersloot, 29, was a highly decorated college player at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash. who joined the Sky and was part of the team that led the Sky to the finals in 2014. On her Instagram, following the wedding, she posted a photo holding hands with Quigley in their wedding gowns and simply wrote, "Walking into 2019 like..."
