Thousands of everyday LGBTQ+ people and celebrities joined an energetic fundraising call supporting Kamala Harris’s presidential candidacy, which raised hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The two women both have recently filed for divorce from their spouses.

The USWNT champion posed with teammates Ashlyn Harris and Ali Krieger (who are engaged to each other) and tweeted, 'Gays Rule!'
The call will happen a day after thousands of LGBTQ+ leaders and supporters signed a letter of endorsement for the vice president’s candidacy.
The cricket players for rival Melbourne teams shared their beautiful wedding photos on Twitter.
"For me, to be gay and fabulous during Pride month at the World Cup is nice," the soccer star also told reporters.
The two women, now retired from athletics, were married in January.
