The bill would ban trans folks from using bathrooms, locker rooms, and dorms aligned with their gender identity.
"It’s clear that the anti-LGBTQ+ agenda is starting to fail, both in Kentucky and across the country."
Dubbed by critics as the “don’t display gay” bill, the legislation had advanced through a committee in the House.
