Working out is a drag -- literally!

A new WOW series, Working Out Is a Drag, features drag performers working up a sweat with celebrity fitness trainer Jason Wimberly at his West Hollywood studio, Health House.

In the exclusive sneak peak below, Kameron Michaels, the muscle queen on season 10 of RuPaul's Drag Race, does a chest workout with Wimberly.

Michaels, known for her physique, revealed that she actually has to go out and find a gym while on tour because the performers do not get hotel rooms with fitness facilities.

One easy workout that can be done nearly anywhere, however, is a pushup. But as Wimberly noted, many have not mastered it. Wimberly and Michaels demonstrate that in the correct push-up, hands should be placed directly under the shoulders, elbows should be bent at a 45-degree angle in the down position.

"Make an arrow shape, and not a T," said Wimberly in order to better work out the shoulder.

In addition to Michaels, Raja, Monique Heart, Laganja Estranja, and Sonique will be featured on the digital series, learning along with viewers step-by-step workouts in cardio and strength training.

Watch the workout below. And catch the premiere of Working Out Is a Drag May 6 on WOW Presents Plus, the new streaming service from World of Wonder.
