The Hulu series is a sequel to 2018's Love, Simon and follows new high school student Victor as he learns to embrace his sexual identity.
Hulu has dropped its latest trailer for upcoming series Love, Victor, a sequel to the 2018 groundbreaking film Love, Simon, based on the novel Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Backy Albertalli.
The new series follows Victor (Michael Cimino), a new student at Creekwood High School on his own journey toward self-discovery as he adjusts to a new city and explores his sexuality against the backdrop of challenges he faces at home.
When everything seems to be too much for Victor, he reaches out to Simon who helps him through the tumultuousness that is high school.
The series also stars Ana Ortiz (Whiskey Cavalier, Ugly Betty), James Martinez (One Day at a Time), Isabella Ferreira (Orange is the New Black), Mateo Fernandez, Rachel Naomi Hilson (This Is Us), Bebe Wood (The Real O'Neal's, The New Normal), George Sear (Will, Into the Badlands), Anthony Turpel (The Bold and the Beautiful) and Mason Gooding (Booksmart).
Love, Simon's original writers Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger are serving as executive producers alongside Brian Tanen, Jason Ensler, Isaac Klausner, Marty Bowen, Adam Fishbach, Wyck Godfrey, Pouya Shahbazian, and Adam Londy.
The series will premiere with all 10 episodes on June 19, only on Hulu.
