Non-binary actor Ezra Miller was arrested (twice) in Hilo, Hawaii back in March for disorderly conduct and harassment, following an incident in a bar where the Flash star allegedly became agitated with patrons who were singing karaoke, then later lunged at another man playing darts.

In bodycam footage obtained by TMZ, Miller is seen being detained by police. Miller tells the officers that they were assaulted in the bar twice, and so they began filming the incidents. Miller offered to show the police the footage as proof. "I film myself when I get assaulted for NFT crypto art," they explained.

In the video, Miller becomes increasingly agitated and begins demanding the police share their names and badge numbers while backing away from them, eventually into the street. At this point, Miller is warned that they risk being arrested for disorderly conduct. Miller then expresses confusion and frustration. "I'm being arrested for disorderly conduct?" Miller asked. "I was assaulted. You understand that, right?" They added that the "guy at the bar," whom Miller claims assaulted them, "declared himself as a Nazi," telling the police "I have it on film, and he attacked me."

As officers begin searching Miller, the actor repeatedly asserts their "Ninth Amendment rights" to "not be unlawfully persecuted for a crime of no designation," then becomes more upset when they claim the officer searching them "just touched my penis."

Miller begins demanding that a woman continue the search. "Hey, you just touched my penis. Please don't do that," Miller says, adding "I'm transgender, non-binary, and I don't want to be searched by a man!"

Miller was taken into custody and bailed out the following day by the couple they were staying with at the time. However, police were called to the couple's home following an alleged incident with an actor, in which they reportedly burst into the couple's room and threatened them. "I will bury you and your slut wife," Miller allegedly said. The couple also accused Miller of stealing several items including a social security card, wallet, passport, driver's license, and bank cards. The couple filed a temporary restraining order against the actor.

Less than a month later, Miller would be arrested a second time for second-degree assault after allegedly throwing a chair that hit a woman after being asked to leave a private party.
