Looks like life keeps getting sweeter for gay Las Vegas teen Anthony Martinez and his straight best friend and prom date Jacob Lescenski.
As if an appearance on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show last week and two $10,000 college scholarships weren't enough, popular youth fashion magagzine Teen Vogue decided to document Martinez and Lescenski's night on the town in a heartwarming YouTube video.
The clip showcases the entire prom process of Martinez and Lescenski getting ready for prom, from their suit-fitting at the Topman retail store, to their car ride with friends to the venue.
The highlight of the video comes towards the end, when the two boys share a sweet and friendly slow dance in front of all their peers.
The two sparked a social media firestorm last month when Lescenski asked Martinez to prom with a sign that read "You're hella gay, I'm hella str8, but you're like my brother, so be my d8?" Pictures and video of Lescenski's epic promposal quickly went viral, garnering the attention of media outlets all over the world.
"I couldn't have been happier," Martinez said. "It's just unbelievable. I wouldn't even have wanted any of the cameras or anything like that. I was just thankful to go to a dance with one of my best friends."
